If you’re transferring from another consultant, your first appointment may require additional time while I assess the health and integrity of your locks.

This may include addressing:

  • Slippage
  • Matting
  • Breakage
  • Uneven parting patterns
  • Lock repairs
  • General maintenance concerns
Transfer Client ConsultationThis consultation allows me to evaluate your current locking system and create a plan to keep your locks healthy, strong, and thriving.

Re-Tightenings & Maintenance

Healthy Sisterlocks® thrive on consistency.

Appointments fill quickly, so advance booking is highly recommended. Last-minute appointments are about as rare as finding front-row parking at Costco on a Saturday.

Re-Tightening (4–6 Weeks)The recommended maintenance schedule is every 4–6 weeks.
Extended Maintenance / Repair Re-Tightening

Applicable when:

  • More than 6 weeks have passed since your last appointment
  • Significant repairs are required
  • Excessive slippage, matting, or breakage is present

Grooming & Lock Refinement

Grooming Service

This service may include:

  • Lock repairs
  • Trimming loose or stray hairs outside the lock matrix
  • Refinement and polishing of existing locks
  • Light shaping and maintenance

Think of it as a spa day for your Sisterlocks®.

  • New clients and transfer clients require a consultation before booking services.
  • Appointment times vary based on hair density, length, and condition.
  • Advance booking is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred dates.
