The Consultation Process

Two steps before we begin.

Phone Call

We begin with a phone consultation to learn about your hair, your loc history, and your goals — and to answer any questions before you visit.

Second Consultation — In Person

A follow-up consultation in person, where we assess your hair in detail and finalize the right plan together before any establishment begins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
