Rebecca provides a warm, welcoming environment for her customers. I have been a Sister Locks client for almost a year and couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. She is knowledgeable and concerned about the health of my hair. She listens to me, but I love the fact that she will not perform a service if she feels it will cause damage to my hair. She understands my hair type and what works best for me as an individual, recognizing that everyone is unique and has different needs. I often get compliments on my hair and it’s not unusual for people to ask me for her contact information. The time spent in her chair is always positive — you can watch your favorite TV show, laugh and engage in interesting conversation, or be completely silent. Rebecca provides excellent customer service; I’ve never been kept waiting, which shows she values her client’s time. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.
